Warning: This article contains SPOILER / SPLIT for Spider-Man: Far From Home. If you don't want to know more about what happened in the film before you watched the film, it's better not to continue reading this article. You have been warned.
Spider-Man: Far From Home ended by leaving a curiosity for the audience, in addition to the satisfaction of watching Spidey's action in this film. It is estimated, what happened in the first post-credit scene of this film will affect Spider-Man's third upcoming series. In fact, this sequel was promised to be very different from other typical films in the realm of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

The first post-credit scene is a sequel to the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home. After inviting his girlfriend, MJ (Zendaya), hanging between tall buildings in New York, Spider-Man (Tom Holland) drops MJ on a sidewalk, right in front of a large screen. Spider-Man stands on a pole when the giant screen lights up with an important announcement delivered by J Jonah Jameson (JK Simmons), editor in chief of the Daily Bulge news site.
A video is then played by showing Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) who reveals Spider-Man's true identity as Peter Parker. In this scene, the question arises, whether Quentin Beck aka Mysterio has really died in London or is still alive. If Mysterio is really dead, then he managed to reach his wish, namely injuring the name and legacy of Tony Stark because he called Peter Parker an evil figure. In the video, Spidey is called to kill Mysterio in cold blood.
What happened in the post-credit scene clearly created a big problem for Peter in the upcoming film. In an interview, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige was asked whether the disclosure of Spidey's identity would become the main plot in the future.
"I think so. Like the end of Iron Man, who said, well, the rules have changed. Now that means we have to do something completely different later. How and when and spefikasinya can change and develop but setting yourself up for something that has never been done before ... at the end of Iron ma, it is a hero reveals his true identity so that in the next film and related, we can not go back to the fabric of a secret identity that has been part of Iron Man's story for decades in comics. And, now, people know Peter's identity. People now thought he was a villain, Mysterio played one of his last tricks and succeeded ... (so it was) meant everything was different. Where are we going, we'll see. But,
Since the beginning of Spider-Man's appearance at the MCU, it's clear that Marvel has no intention of using stories that have been filmed. That is why they are very focused on new criminals and make a number of changes to a number of traditional elements of the story in Marvel Comics. Revealing his identity to everyone on this planet is clearly one way to bring that new theme forward.
While this new one can be good, there are still many unanswered questions. Spider-Man 3 is likely to occur after the event at Far From Home. So how will it affect other MCU films released before Peter Parker appears again? Which villain will be raised to reinforce the knowledge of who is behind Spider-Man's mask?
Before the question of the influence arose, director of two Spider-Man films at the MCU, Jon Watts, already had potential criminals that Peter would face in Spider-Man 3. Jon said he was hoping to show Kraven the Hunter to the film. Chances are, this villain was appointed to adapt the iconic story about Kraven's attempt to kill Peter.
"Oh, I like Kraven. That's just a matter of how you show Kraven on film, "Jon told Uproxx.
This desire is not without foundation. It was precisely the disclosure of Peter's identity as Spider-Man by Mysterio in Far From Home to be the perfect set up to introduce Kraven. After Peter's identity is revealed to the whole world, many criminals will surely hunt him down.
Besides that, this event can also be a set up for Sinister Six. The reason is, Kraven can raise them to weaken his enemy while Spider-Man is at his floating point before he moves to kill him.
Of course, there are a number of Spider-Man big enemies that can be introduced in this third film, especially those who haven't debuted at the MCU. However, while people hope to see the return of Doctor Octopus or Green Goblin to the big screen, Jon is more eager to see criminals who have never appeared in Spider-Man films.
"That is, yes, I always try to start with what we have never seen before. And, there are lots of Spider-Man enemies. I mean, the fact that I had to, in a way, put Hydro-Man and Molten Man into the film, really, I got a kick for that, even though they were fake. But, no, I don't know who is next. I always think about that in the sense of what will be the most difficult thing for Peter. So, it will be the next trick, "Jon said. { Source }
