    Mayweather Jr. Open Opportunity to Ride the Ring Again

    Floyd Mayweather Jr. was seemingly fickle when mentioned about the plan to return to the boxing ring arena. The man who held the record of invincibility in his last 50 battles did not really close the door to fight again.

    "We don't know ... Only time will tell," Mayweather Jr. said when asked about the opportunity to return to the ring after watching the Gervonta Davis Ricardo Nunez fight in Baltimore as quoted by Mirror, Tuesday (07/30/2019).

    Although it's a bit sketchy about Mayweather Jr.'s statement But the comments conveyed by boxers nicknamed The Money at least gave a signal that he would accept a challenge from Manny Pacquiao to duel.

    In the past two weeks, the name Mayweather Jr. has often been associated with Pacquiao. So upset, the 42-year-old boxer said sorry for Pac Man.

    The upset was accused of making the name Mayweather Jr., Pacquiao replied with sarcasm. "Sorry, Floyd, your name is not listed in my contracts. But if we want to be the next, I will enter it and send it to you. #CounterfeitMoney."

    Not only Pacquiao, but coach Freddie Roach was also provoked by the words delivered by Mayweather Jr. He said Mayweather Jr. was afraid to hold a repeat fight.

    Roach believes Mayweather Jr., who watched the Pacquiao fight versus Keith Thurman was afraid to watch Pac Man's performance. Especially after the fight, 40-year-old Pacquiao received praise for his appearance at his age.

    "I'm not sure. Mayweather seems a bit evasive," Roach told the Premier Boxing Champions. "He was completely silent. He didn't stay in the arena after the decision was announced, or called someone like he usually did. I thought Manny made him a little scared by that appearance." { Source }
